We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products. We cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be accurate. Actual product colours may vary. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services we offer. All descriptions of products or pricing are subject to change at any time without notice at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
Section 6 — Warranty
Microvox products come with a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects only. This warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, accidents, power fluctuations, unauthorised repairs, or normal wear and tear. Warranty claims must be supported by original purchase documentation. DGTech Electronics Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use.
Section 7 — Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted only for products with confirmed manufacturing defects or damage, reported within 48 hours of delivery. Requests made after 48 hours of delivery will not be entertained under any circumstances. Products must be returned in original packaging with all accessories intact. Refunds are processed within 14 working days of receiving the returned product and verification of the defect. Shipping costs for returns are borne by the buyer unless the defect is confirmed by our team. No returns are accepted for products damaged due to improper installation, misuse, or negligence.

Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
